 so at Monday mashup  we have been making pet rocks!!! we need to paint them and make them into something mine will be a bird from myth  called the hippogriff from Harry Potter . we must give them to someone as a present or surprise now what i'm  going to do is show it to my family but then give to who i want to give it to  that is drum roll please why would i tell you its a surprise!!! now this is what i have done:

      

the two boys

whoosh there hair blew they felt like they were surfing on clouds. to them it was a world of there own . then one boy pointed to a cloud white as snow. they where so happy in there minds they could go anywhere.  from there view nothing matters just being happy. the jet engine was like a fan the wing like an arm. they saw so many things. the blue sky was  like a spring in height of summer.  the ground eaten by clouds like grass and snow.  THE END. 

the castle and its secrets

I was huffing puffing but I saw a shadow come over me I was shocked. A stone castle was before me but it all changed when I heard "get him!" I fell. I woke up in a stone room  with nothing but a stack of hay. Wait I found a needle "what I actually found a needle in a hay stack.!?!?"  Over the 4 days I saw people coming in and out but some they never came back. On the fifth day I saw a man with metal amour and a sword come down. He freed me he said" come on follow me I followed him to his horse. Then I got on with him and we were off "thank you" I said  " your welcome" they said back. We found a village I was so happy. So I asked him so thing "can we go back"when we went back  we saw a library in there. We found a book. Dragons and how to summon them! Then we stole it  but we heard coming from the door "who is there?" the voice sounded like it came from across the room we opened a window and hid on the roof. then he said "i need to tell you something your on a space station." "no it can not be" i said " but then to think it is an island with snow next to the grasslands"  i said so i believe him then he fell  "no no no!!" he died i felt sad he just told me a secret. but then i saw i had slipped off and i fell down into the garden in the middle of the castle i saw a bike it was weird it must have been made by them i  went to a glowing console and it said worlds: desert earth cave earth and snow earth i selected desert  well i did not mean to 5 seconds later i heard a voice say welcome  to this world then i saw is in the middle of a field of sand dune "well it is just great i'am going to die here " well it turns out i was wrong i found a wooden fort  the people wanted me they said there where raids coming. i told them i had documented animals they said there where big worms i did not believe  them then i saw a camel  and then  a worm came out and gulped it down i figured that thing was to make sure that people felt not so safe like real earth.  then they said leave if you want to i left so i found the console and i pressed a new option: earth...   TO BE CONTINUED

my story

 Hello i'am James i have had a tough life. When i was three the rest of my clan died leaving me alone  in a world filled with danger. Once i saw a monster chopper they cut  down trees i heard  my uncle orangutan  David was chopped. So

| i ran then i was in the heart of the jungle . I  saw another clan one garbed  me  they kept me . It sounded like they only had one other child. ver the years we moved and moved until i saw a home. we stayed but one day i became a dad!!! my child was named Timmy. but one his third year it was just me and him we moved and moved until we found another clan. it seem like this family now has this cruse. well the end or is it???

my planet

My planet is perfect for life to flourish. It has an ocean of fresh water and grass plus forest. The oceans are drinkable. But do not go to the lava islands. There the top temp is 107 degrees bring heat proof gear. This place may look like theirs no living things, but most are in the jungle. There is the apex carnivore. It's about the size of a house cat. It's a cat! But it's prey are snakes, rats and the tiny apes in the trees. Most of these are plant and meat eaters (there are so many plants and they eat every chance they get). its name is volcanuces     

kids in space

 Two days ago  we did kids in space. First we dressed up in suits well not all of us.  We saw the space shuttle land it was so cool.  Did you know the   shuttle  glides because its fuel is out? We made a glider and helicopter. We also learnt that food is dried and you must give it water  before you eat it. We learnt how to go toilet in space. Your number ones go in a tube later to be drank by you, its weird.  Your poo the waste go's to the waste box somewhere else. Sadly all good things must come to and end.

the chocolate earth

 Today we made a planet. it was made out of: m&m for the core chocolate for inner core and the shell outer core.  We then got a marshmallow and stuffed the m&m in the marshmallow. Any ways  then we went over to the bowl of melted chocolate and put it in.   Then we went outside and we dried  it. I will tell you what each thing represents:  marshmallow is the mantle  and chocolate is the crust. After we finished we crushed  it to make tectonic plates.  After we took photo and then ate it. It was yum.         

the great war

 in 1939 i was given news that Hitler had declared war on France i was sent to France  about a day later  all i had with me was a Rifle,machine gun and a grande it was 2 weeks before i landed Hitler had already taken over. there I was hearing planes swoop by it drooped a bomb i  take cover i got to the bunker i saw a light and fire from the bomb.  sadly the a 5 troops and tank passed they must of knew. I was hopeful some one comes well i could hunt pig on farms and steal grapes from wine makers  to get noticed. then five hours later a group  of planes flew by. then i saw a jeep it was not on my side i heard  2 troops inside i then took the front and forced them out i drove away i dressed up in a spare uniform  and went to Berlin hospital   and said i need harry.bp  i saw him he was a spy a got him in the jeep.

My dinosaur adventure

“Where  are we going???” I said as we came closer to the island. Really? Were they taking us to place in the middle of nowhere with dinosaurs? Great. I did not know why I was brought here. “oh yeah. I am a paleontologist” 

3 hours later. “ok where are we going?” I said to the driver. 

“On a tour to see them.” 

“To see what??” 

“The dinosaurs” 

“Oh” bam bang “Ahhhhhhhhhhh.”

“Is that a man being eaten???” 

“Yes run!”

“Ok!!!” We got into the shelter and stayed there. “Thanks. These rations are terrible.” I said. “There were 5 star chefs” 

“ummm they are not here yet???” 

“Ok that's a lie and it was terrible” Suddenly I heard a man scream. I looked around and saw a man frightened. He was being hunted down by a velociraptor pack. The man was pounced on by a velociraptor and pinned to the ground. 

“umm did that man die??” I said searching for a place to hide.I got into a large locker full of rations. Sniff sniff curr curr I heard the velociraptor communicating. I whispered, “it’s a velociraptor. Never run, they will outrun you!!!”

“Ahh!!” the driver screamed as he ran out. 

“ok he didn't listen to me whispering. Maybe he did not hear it??” Well at least he got the  raptors out. So I ran and ran for 30 mins.I  found a herd of  sauropods and stegos. I got to the centre where I was safe. I followed them. Squish ohh now I'm covered in poo, but at least I was safe.  And I was worried about the 5 star chefs!

 we read a book after we made had all role that we did each role and shared with each other this is my part  I think that a important part was  when they saw sunlight they got a peak into the unknown so there greed for more space made them separate the parents. 

In another important part tawhitimata sends his eyes up into the skys create matriki. I chosse this to parts because they made the story progress to create matriki. Progressing the story helps us get the end but also a new start. 

Also it relly a love story  because the emotion are made through the parents because there sadness for each makes it a sad and emotinl story 

 

Tokyo Olympics

 on the 27th of July 2021 the mans artistic gymnastics their was lovely values such as courage and  confidence. The movement was lovely and the things they did parallel bars vault and floor. The  selected pepole made the it to this round they were under so much stress.  i think the Japanese did the best. Minute by minute the stress grew and grew for each  country  i felt like my toes were going to fall off.

so far this term in math i have learnt.

•  i have learnt  weight 1000'g=1'kg  2000'g=2'kg 10000'g=10'kg 
• volume  1000'ml=1'l 2000'ml=2'l 10000'ml=10'l
• i have learnt temp 10'degrees  cool 20'deggers hot 30-32'deggers schocing 
•  plus here some other stuff 

Capacity i have learnt is the amont that some thing can hold. L means litre ml means mili litre.i have learnt  1000ml=1l. The bigger the holder the more it hlods

• i have learnt 1000grams=1kg. Something that weights nothing but has more shall weight the same. The scale is not the only thing that can tell weight.
• Thermometers measure temperature. Cold cool warm hot scorching are all tempters. The higher you go the colder it gets the lower you go the hotter it gets.

my holiday adventure

 As i got out of the backseat and  unstrapped myself and i felt like i was going to fall into the sea. 

I then walked out to see a picture with a body which had a blue part and a white part also  after we walked  on the hard concrete and  after we saw 30  boxes  they look the thing could fit inside. When we saw the  wooden floor below us  then the brown fish eating humps came into sight.  We entered the cage we saw one blocking are path and  so we left.   

my term 2 reflection

 We did a lot this term . My favorite    thing is the Bridle Path it told made me get over my ever going fear  heights yes really heights also. I  like walking up hills and down. The best part was going down. Plus here is a photo

 I also enjoy ukulele   we've learned cords  and not many songs  but my favorite song is We are one. It tells  you about climate change which is my biggest fear. Also i get connect with people.

why did we go???

to see what it what it would be like because   we were studying NZ past and the bridle path  is how the early   settlers  flet like

we walked the bridle path it is 3.16 km and the time we walk for was 1h 30mins it long yeah that was explained  a short time ago.

how i felt 

when finished  i was not really in between happy and sad to be honest it was good that it was all over but i liked it was  fun i kind of felt well ok   also i felt emotion for the settlers    for how much time they took just to start a new life

What we made .

We made a gold mining model. This was very hard as we only had 3 weeks to make so we did a lot of the work on the Chromebook like planning. When we looked around every body had a v hut so we  made a slab hut.   

How we made it 

Well the slab hut was made out of bark, flax and hot glue. We also used toys, real trees and moss. This is why we made this blog post to tell you about this.

What we did well 

Teamwork!!! We did everything  each step by step. plus we communicated well it was really fun. 

What to work on

Work slowly. We did it too fast  hat we made it look bad. maybe lets continue work on the painting also???

the butter we shock for 30 mins-hour

then we  took away the whey and then we made bread

ferrymead trip

Last week went on a field trip to ferrymead. when we were on the bus we did a lot of talking. 

after we got dressed then we did the v hut with a bunch of cores 

At the pioneer crafts we did knitting, french kinting and rugs and made candles.

Then we packed the trunks with candles, a candle molder and sheets 

Next we did the imigration room and the jobs are below

 Pippa is looking at me but she is not meowing!  Behind her was Marley but still her eyes have a steely stare.  More minutes pass by but she does not meow. I see Marley bark at pippa go away so i  eat lunch. marley wants me. we go to the top scert base more like under the bed  so "i need to use you as bait. i ate lunch and then we did the plan.

professer plum

 As the professor stared into the glass  i said "sir the post has arrived but he did not say anything back. "what did you say jasper"he said the post has arrived  "may i please have it" he said i wondered what the bottles had in t  hem then it broke but he did not say no. then he read it said you can now go to the school of since but he  just said "that for the people down the road". i all ready have sign one of those forms. "really??" i said but he sunk in to the chair and smiled. so i was trying to see if  sliver and water with ruby to see if i could make a new rock but it put to much force on the bottles . "we will never go back to London  again"but he pulled out a 20$ in his hand yay a ticket for both of us as went to the train across the road as we waited sun became rain but then the train arrived as we got on a man gave us nice food but i had some of my own snacks.  then they said next stop London and when we arrived we went right to the since center to show the world what we called power we showed how it can freeze food but it is 1000$ because it was new only 11 people buyed it but we got the award for the best inventon.

 Epic is website it is for reading there you can find comics fact books and more.  i  think you might like cat ninja it is a comic and it has 10 (books right now)it has 3 tales.Epic also has non-ficotin  books.  more books inclued smurfs garfild and monster  camp. hope you like the website.                                                                                                                                                                            

the raft

 At school we did a raft. This had to bulit in two days. in are team there was Toby Jacob George and Me.This put us under lots of stress we were not aloud to use tape the only time we were aloud to use tape was on the sail. Also it was made out of sticks,strings and the sail was made out of paltic bags. Are boat almost sunk . The name of the boat was black magic.

My teacher told us we were going on a field trip but he didn't tell us where . on the way we thought of lots of things but it was the fire station.  after we treid on the suits but they did not fit.  After we went on the fire trunk  but we couldn't   drive it . then we got to use the hose but it was not a real fire.then the fire trunk left but a fire woman was still there but we had to go so i said bye on the way back we were so happy.

ah  Wednesday the 31 of march. in the morning we did  football skills for winter sport  we did passing and shooting. after we did math some people  had to do a math problem the others did chromebooks i was in the  chromebook group. after   that we did  reading i had to do a blog post not much happened in reading. then it was lunch break. after it was groups and did the history of nz. then it was last  break. then i did thisblog post.
