math term 3

so far this term in math i have learnt.

•  i have learnt  weight 1000'g=1'kg  2000'g=2'kg 10000'g=10'kg 
• volume  1000'ml=1'l 2000'ml=2'l 10000'ml=10'l
• i have learnt temp 10'degrees  cool 20'deggers hot 30-32'deggers schocing 
•  plus here some other stuff 

Capacity i have learnt is the amont that some thing can hold. L means litre ml means mili litre.i have learnt  1000ml=1l. The bigger the holder the more it hlods

• i have learnt 1000grams=1kg. Something that weights nothing but has more shall weight the same. The scale is not the only thing that can tell weight.
• Thermometers measure temperature. Cold cool warm hot scorching are all tempters. The higher you go the colder it gets the lower you go the hotter it gets.

my holiday adventure

 As i got out of the backseat and  unstrapped myself and i felt like i was going to fall into the sea. 

I then walked out to see a picture with a body which had a blue part and a white part also  after we walked  on the hard concrete and  after we saw 30  boxes  they look the thing could fit inside. When we saw the  wooden floor below us  then the brown fish eating humps came into sight.  We entered the cage we saw one blocking are path and  so we left.   

my term 2 reflection

 We did a lot this term . My favorite    thing is the Bridle Path it told made me get over my ever going fear  heights yes really heights also. I  like walking up hills and down. The best part was going down. Plus here is a photo

 I also enjoy ukulele   we've learned cords  and not many songs  but my favorite song is We are one. It tells  you about climate change which is my biggest fear. Also i get connect with people.       

the Bridle Path

 yesterday we did the bridle path.

why did we go???

to see what it what it would be like because   we were studying NZ past and the bridle path  is how the early   settlers  flet like 

what we did 

we walked the bridle path it is 3.16 km and the time we walk for was 1h 30mins it long yeah that was explained  a short time ago.

how i felt 

when finished  i was not really in between happy and sad to be honest it was good that it was all over but i liked it was  fun i kind of felt well ok   also i felt emotion for the settlers    for how much time they took just to start a new life

Our inquiry project

What we made .

We made a gold mining model. This was very hard as we only had 3 weeks to make so we did a lot of the work on the Chromebook like planning. When we looked around every body had a v hut so we  made a slab hut.   

How we made it 

Well the slab hut was made out of bark, flax and hot glue. We also used toys, real trees and moss. This is why we made this blog post to tell you about this.

What we did well 

Teamwork!!! We did everything  each step by step. plus we communicated well it was really fun. 

What to work on

Work slowly. We did it too fast  hat we made it look bad. maybe lets continue work on the painting also???
